Template Drift Repair privacy

Data processed and stored

We store the installing monday account ID and scoped OAuth token; canonical board schemas, template names and hashes; managed board IDs; repair and scan results; bounded AI explanations; and minimal audit events. We do not store item values, updates, files, or customer data.

Purpose

This data is used only to compare board structures, apply explicitly requested safe repairs, run scheduled drift checks, and explain the repair plan.

Retention and deletion

Audit events are retained for 60 days and cached AI explanations for 30 days. Uninstall or an authenticated deletion request removes account records, templates, managed boards, runs, caches, and tokens from Cloudflare D1.

Processors

Cloudflare hosts the Worker, D1 database, and logs. monday.com supplies board schema data and, when permitted, its Models API. No analytics, advertising, or tracking service receives app data.

Security

Requests use HTTPS and signed monday sessions. Data is tenant-isolated, API routes are authorized per account, mutations are parameterized, and downloads require the installing account’s session.
